The company’s net earnings reached $241 million for the period ending July 3, 2026, with non-GAAP adjusted earnings per share hitting $1.11. CEO Jennifer L. Honeycutt pointed to a 5.7% core sales growth in the Water Quality segment, which continues to benefit from demand for industrial water treatment and environmental monitoring. Meanwhile, the Product Quality and Innovation (PQI) segment is expected to accelerate in the second half of the year as adoption of digital workflow solutions increases.
Management raised its full-year 2026 adjusted earnings guidance to a range of $4.35 to $4.43 per share, up from the previous estimate of $4.20 to $4.28. This upward revision reflects both strong first-half performance and the inclusion of tariff recoveries under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. Veralto remains focused on long-term value through disciplined capital allocation and recent acquisitions, including In-Situ, GlobalVision, and Alfaa UV.
