Exostar Names Jeff Ladner as Chief Product Officer

Ladner takes over from Vijay Takanti, who has moved into the role of Chief Strategy Officer. This leadership shuffle is intended to sharpen the firm’s long-term strategic direction while accelerating the delivery of cloud-based capabilities. Exostar’s President and CEO, Richard Addi, noted that Ladner’s track record in building market-leading software will be instrumental in delivering greater value to customers facing increasingly complex regulatory environments.

With over 20 years of experience, Ladner previously served as CPO at Onspring and Intelex. His background includes leading product modernization efforts at firms such as Sphera and IHS. At Exostar, he will oversee the roadmap for a platform that currently serves more than 200,000 companies across 175 countries, including a significant portion of the global Defense Industrial Base and major biopharmaceutical organizations.
