CEO and founder Ben Francis credited Rogers with strengthening the company's operational infrastructure during his tenure. The promotion signals a strategic push to stabilize the firm's logistics as it prepares for further international scaling.
The leadership shift coincides with a major change in the company's technology division. Shaun Perkinson has officially taken the helm as Chief Technology Officer, succeeding John Douglas. Douglas, who previously held senior roles at Tory Burch, Burberry, and MCM Fashion Group, is retiring after a five-year stint that saw him guide the brand through significant digital transformation and organizational growth. Francis noted that Douglas’s influence extended beyond technical architecture, highlighting his role in mentoring staff and shaping the internal culture during a pivotal phase of the company’s history.
