The Tualatin location integrates the practice’s physical therapy arm, ROC Active, directly into the clinical workflow. By housing imaging equipment and therapy services alongside surgeons, the practice aims to eliminate the friction often found in fragmented care models. Founder Dr. Mark Wagner emphasized that this proximity allows surgical and rehabilitation teams to maintain tighter alignment throughout a patient’s recovery process.
CEO Kate Othus stated the expansion supports the firm’s broader strategy of maintaining high-quality, coordinated care while ensuring geographic accessibility across Clackamas and Washington counties. The practice currently operates three orthopedic and three physical therapy locations in the region. Management plans to release specific provider schedules and appointment availability for the Mohawk Road site in the coming weeks.
