Frasers Group Reimagines Dublin Retail with Massive Henry Street Flagship

The four-story development marks a significant shift for the site, which saw 60 years of continuous retail trading end when Debenhams vacated the premises in 2020. After acquiring the property in 2022, Frasers Group redesigned the space to feature a 60,000-square-foot retail floor anchored by a central atrium and a 14-meter digital screen. According to Chief Development Officer Sanjay Dhiman, the store showcases the company’s latest fitness and outdoor concepts, aiming to elevate the brand's physical presence in the Irish market.

Connected by a floating staircase, the 25,000-square-foot Everlast gym includes a Hyrox Performance Centre, a café, sauna facilities, and ice baths. The project has earned LEED Silver certification, reflecting the group’s focus on sustainability within its large-scale developments. This opening represents the latest iteration of Frasers Group’s strategy to integrate high-impact fitness environments with its core sportswear retail operations.
