Shipley Donuts Returns to Sam Houston Race Park for Annual Donut Dash

The race schedule begins at 7 a.m. with the 10K, followed by the 5K at 8 a.m. and the kids dash at 9:45 a.m. Participants receive donut-themed finisher medals and shirts, with the added incentive of complimentary pastries and cold brew coffee along the course and at the finish line. Beyond the race, the partnership between Shipley Donuts and Adrenaline Special Events aims to build on the success of 2025, which saw over 1,500 runners participate.

Kids’ Meals currently delivers daily, healthy meals to more than 13,000 food-insecure preschoolers across Greater Houston. With every $2 donation providing one meal, the funds generated from registration fees translate directly into localized support. For those unable to attend the race in person, direct donations remain an option through the official event portal, as both organizations look to expand the reach of the initiative.
