This rebranding follows the company’s voluntary delisting from the Canadian Securities Exchange on July 7, 2026. By exiting the CSE, the firm aims to shed specific regulatory constraints and gain the operational flexibility required to scale its enterprise AI platform. CEO Emil Assentato described the move as a foundational step toward automating complex knowledge work for business clients.
Shareholders do not need to intervene as the transition proceeds. While the company awaits formal FINRA approval for its updated market presence, management maintains that the new name reflects a commitment to next-generation software development. Further updates regarding the new ticker symbol and effective dates are expected as the regulatory review continues.
