The investment targets Prochant’s core competencies, specifically its revenue cycle management services for home medical equipment, durable medical equipment, infusion, and specialty pharmacy providers. By leveraging Longshore’s resources, the company plans to deepen its investment in artificial intelligence, automated workflows, and advanced analytics to help clients navigate increasingly complex reimbursement landscapes.
Joey Graham, CEO of Prochant, emphasized that the collaboration is intended to provide the necessary scale to address financial challenges facing home-based care providers without disrupting the company’s existing service model. Ryan Anthony and Alex Mueckl of Longshore noted that the firm was drawn to Prochant’s track record of execution and its established position in a fragmented, high-growth healthcare segment. The existing management team will remain in place to drive the company’s strategic vision, with the added backing of Longshore’s capital and operational expertise.
