At the core of the new facility lies an extensive aquathermal center, designed to mimic the transition of water from mountain peaks to the ocean. A sculptural black granite wall anchors the space, which features a circuit of vitality, hot, and cold plunge pools alongside infrared saunas and sensory showers. The interior lighting is engineered to shift throughout the day, aligning with natural circadian rhythms to enhance guest energy and recovery.

Senior Spa Director Pat Makozak emphasizes that the spa experience is intended to be a direction rather than a fixed destination. This philosophy manifests in the Pacific Journeys menu, which includes treatments like the Oceanside Ritual, utilizing local honey and kukui oil, and the Queen’s Garden Fern Ritual, which incorporates native botanicals and warm lava masks. Beyond traditional massage, the resort has expanded its partnership with Next|Health to include a longevity center offering biomarker testing, IV therapy, and NAD+ treatments.

This opening serves as the centerpiece of a larger property-wide renovation led by design firm Meyer Davis. The wellness ecosystem is further supported by a revamped fitness center featuring Technogym equipment and an infrared Movement Studio for yoga and Pilates. By blending high-tech health diagnostics with site-specific healing traditions, the resort aims to solidify its position as a comprehensive destination for luxury medical and holistic wellness.
