The initial phase of the implementation, centered at the Raben Logistics facility in Stryków, replaces disparate manual systems with a centralized environment. This transition allows for continuous monitoring of production activity and order status, effectively streamlining workflows and reducing downtime. By standardizing processes and key performance indicators across these locations, Raben expects to accelerate production cycles and minimize material waste.
Maria Strojnowska, VAS Projects Manager at Raben Logistics Poland, noted that the platform functions as a collaborative ecosystem, connecting internal data with external partners. For customers, this integration offers improved transparency regarding inventory and production timelines. Nulogy’s software also supports connectivity with existing ERP and WMS systems, a feature Raben intends to leverage as it scales its value-added services across its wider European network. Josephine Coombe, Chief Commercial Officer for Europe at Nulogy, confirmed that following the current Polish rollout, the companies are already evaluating further deployments across Raben’s international locations to enhance operational agility.
