Senator Peters Demands Halt to USPS Board Confirmations

Critics view these appointments as part of a broader strategy to exert control over the Postal Service, particularly regarding the administration's ongoing efforts to restrict mail-in voting. Legal challenges against executive orders targeting ballot delivery continue to move through the courts, with a Massachusetts judge recently affirming that advocacy groups have standing to sue over potential disenfranchisement of overseas and disabled voters.
