The transition to Centric PLM follows a period of significant growth for the family-owned business, which found its previous management software insufficient for its evolving workflow needs. Song Anh Nguyen, VP of Product at Feetures, noted that the company required a more flexible interface and better versioning capabilities to maintain visibility across its cross-functional teams. By centralizing product data, the brand intends to reduce manual entry errors and speed up decision-making processes.
Looking ahead, Feetures plans to integrate the new platform with its existing ERP system. This move is designed to unify data flow across departments, from initial design to e-commerce fulfillment. According to the product team, prioritizing systems that can adapt to increasing complexity is essential for brands scaling in competitive markets. Centric Software, a subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes, will support this rollout as Feetures continues to refine its digital development capabilities.
