Viceroy Residences Set to Debut in Austin Market

Construction is currently underway on the site, formerly known as The Belvedere, with a projected completion date in the fourth quarter of 2027. Sales are scheduled to launch this August, with residences starting below $1 million and penthouses exceeding $6 million. The development, designed by KTGY with interiors by Kim Lewis Designs, features three distinct finish palettes inspired by the local landscape.

The property emphasizes a blend of urban access and wellness-oriented amenities. Residents will have direct access to the Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail through a new on-site trailhead developed in partnership with the Austin Parks Foundation. On-site facilities include a resort-style pool with a 75-foot lap lane, a fitness center, and a wellness spa equipped with cold plunges and infrared therapy. According to Bill Knauss, CEO of Pearlstone Partners, the partnership aims to combine the local character of Austin with the hospitality standards of the Viceroy brand. The sales process is being managed by Christie's International Real Estate @properties Lone Star.
