Quiddity Engineering Moves to Downtown Tampa Tower

Looking to accommodate a swelling regional workforce, Quiddity Engineering has relocated its Tampa operations to the Truist Place tower. The firm, a top-tier civil engineering provider, shifted into a high-rise suite at 401 E. Jackson Street to anchor its ongoing expansion across Florida’s infrastructure and land development sectors.

The move replaces the firm's previous Tampa location, creating a larger hub that pairs with their existing Lakeland office. By upgrading to Suite 2650, the company aims to streamline collaboration among its staff as demand for transportation and municipal engineering services grows. CEO Clayton Black credited the expansion to sustained client demand and staff dedication, noting that the company remains focused on deepening its footprint in Florida while continuing to grow its presence in Texas.

John Bannon, Vice President of Florida Operations, stated that the new workspace serves as a long-term commitment to the state's infrastructure needs. Now celebrating its 50th year, the firm employs over 700 people across 15 offices. The company, recognized as an Engineering News-Record Top 200 Design Firm, handles a diverse portfolio ranging from water and wastewater systems to structural and traffic engineering.
