Stolz joins the independent wealth management firm from Bank of America, where she spent over a decade in senior leadership roles. Her tenure included managing institutional client platforms and overseeing prime brokerage sales, providing her with the technical framework to navigate complex investment landscapes. Megan Whyte, Partner and Chief Client Officer at IEQ, noted that Stolz’s institutional expertise and history with sophisticated family offices align with the firm's growth trajectory.
Her career path remains unconventional for the sector. Before entering finance, Stolz served as a journalist and host at MTV Networks. She later transitioned to equity derivatives sales at BTIG and Citigroup, eventually moving into private wealth management. A 2019 Business Insider Rising Star of Wall Street, she currently sits on the board of The LGBT Center in New York City. At IEQ, which manages approximately $46.6 billion in regulatory assets, Stolz will focus on expanding the firm’s reach and providing tailored strategic guidance to business owners and executives.
