The new flavor, available nationwide starting July 22, combines fresh peach ice cream with a splash of Pantalones Reposado and a hint of lime. According to Persia Tatar, CMO of Pantalones, the partnership aims to prove that tequila holds a place outside the cocktail glass. Consumers can purchase scoops for $8.50 or pints for $16 at Tipsy Scoop Barlours, while Goldbelly offers a four-pint sampler pack for $109.95.
Beyond the limited-edition launch, the partnership marks the expansion of Tipsy Scoop into the Texas market. Later this summer, the brand will introduce a Dallas Margarita Sorbet at its new Bishop Arts District location. This vegan, dairy-free offering features a citrus base infused with orange liqueur and Pantalones Reposado, serving as a permanent addition to the Dallas menu. The collaboration highlights a year of momentum for the tequila brand, which recently secured its third consecutive Double Gold medal at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
