Groundfloor Named to CNBC and Statista World's Top Fintech List

Atlanta-based Groundfloor has secured a spot on the CNBC and Statista list of the World's Top Fintech Companies for 2026. The platform, which specializes in private market investing and real estate debt, was highlighted in the Alternative Financing category for its influence on bank-independent capital solutions.

The ranking evaluates 500 organizations across eight sectors, using a methodology rooted in key performance indicators to identify firms reshaping financial services. Brian Dally, co-founder and CEO of Groundfloor, stated that the inclusion validates the company's focus on delivering speed and transparency to real estate entrepreneurs operating in competitive markets.

Since its inception in 2013, the firm has facilitated over $2.2 billion in loans, supporting projects ranging from fix-and-flip ventures to new construction. Groundfloor currently holds the distinction of being the only real estate lender providing deferred loan products to qualified borrowers. This latest accolade follows a series of industry recognitions, including repeated appearances on the Inc. 5000 list and a previous spot on the Forbes Fintech 50. The company continues to diversify its offerings beyond real estate, moving into consumer credit and small business finance.
