Hone Health and WTHN Team Up to Bridge Eastern and Western Longevity

Longevity platform Hone Health and wellness brand WTHN are launching a partnership to merge biomarker-driven clinical care with traditional healing practices. The collaboration aims to address the holistic nature of aging by combining hormone and metabolic monitoring with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and stress-reduction techniques for a more integrated healthspan approach.

The initiative kicks off on July 22, 2026, with a live panel event in New York City titled 'The Longevity Bridge.' Hosted at WTHN’s Upper West Side studio, the discussion will feature founders and clinicians exploring how data-backed medicine and ancient rituals can function in concert. Participants include Hone Health CEO Saad Alam, WTHN founder Michelle Larivee, and board-certified surgeon Dr. Lanna Cheuck.

Beyond the event, the partnership introduces cross-brand member incentives and a collaborative guide on how chronic stress influences biological markers. By aligning Hone’s data-heavy focus on hormones and metabolism with WTHN’s expertise in cupping and acupuncture, the companies hope to move beyond fragmented wellness habits. This model treats longevity as a continuous practice rather than a series of isolated interventions, providing members with a structured pathway to manage their healthspan from both a clinical and holistic perspective.
