ICF Secures $25 Million Army Research Lab Cyber Contract

The agreement covers a 12-month base period with four additional one-year options. ICF is tasked with advancing the Computationally Augmented and Resilient: Situation Awareness, Intelligence, Planning, Mobility, and Defense mission, known as CARSIPMoD. The company’s scope includes high-level systems administration, modeling, and simulation, all aimed at accelerating the transition of research into practical, real-world military application.

Jennifer Welham, senior vice president at ICF, noted that the partnership focuses on maintaining an edge against evolving threats. This contract extends a nearly thirty-year relationship between the firm and the Army Research Laboratory. As a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 vendor, ICF is positioned to meet the rigorous federal standards required for these defense-focused digital modernization projects.
