USA Ninja Challenge Accelerates Gym Expansion and Operational Upgrades

With six new locations opening in the first half of 2026, USA Ninja Challenge is scaling its national footprint while refining the infrastructure supporting its franchisees. The youth fitness brand, which currently operates in over 15 states, is maintaining a steady growth pace of two new gym openings per month.

The latest expansion includes facilities in Appleton, Wisconsin; Humble, San Antonio, and Leander, Texas; Howell, New Jersey; and Bonita Springs, Florida. As the brand nears a milestone of 50 total locations, president Dale Grant is shifting internal focus toward administrative stability. The company recently expanded its executive leadership team and implemented new digital tools, including a proprietary skill-tracking system and a revamped website platform launching later this summer.

Beyond internal upgrades, the organization is preparing for the 2028 Olympic debut of the sport through an ongoing partnership with USA Pentathlon Multisport. This collaboration aims to boost national visibility as the company targets new development in the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, and Kentucky. While seasonal summer camps help bridge attendance gaps in northern markets, the brand continues to prioritize long-term franchisee profitability alongside its competitive mission.
