CSI, JDC Group, Meridian Technologies, iBridge Solutions, TEK Connexion, and Empyrean have officially shuttered their separate brand identities. This integration combines a workforce of over 2,000 consultants to provide a broader array of services, including AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise resource planning. By removing the silos between these firms, the company aims to simplify its engagement model for commercial, federal, and energy clients.
CEO Billy Milam stated that the move addresses a shift in how companies approach digital upgrades, moving away from isolated projects toward enterprise-wide transformations. While the internal structure is now centralized, the firm noted that existing contracts and delivery teams will remain intact. Corry Doyle, managing director at White Wolf Capital, described the consolidation as the logical final step in the firm’s long-term platform strategy, positioning the organization to scale more effectively against its competitors.
