The selection process involved one of the nation's most extensive independent workplace studies, with Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group analyzing over 7.7 million reviews from more than 580,000 respondents. Participants evaluated their employers across critical metrics, including leadership transparency, compensation structures, and work-life balance. Integrity’s inclusion places it alongside major industry peers such as Microsoft, Apple, and Nike.
Bryan W. Adams, co-founder and CEO of Integrity, attributed the repeat win to the company's focus on employee engagement and intentional culture-building. "Winning an award like this multiple times is meaningful, especially knowing that it's based on direct employee feedback," Adams said. The company has implemented several initiatives to drive this environment, including the Integrity Ownership Plan, which has distributed over $175 million since 2019, and a strategic collaboration with Microsoft to integrate AI tools into daily workflows. These efforts aim to streamline internal operations while fostering an inclusive space for professional growth.
