By absorbing the Abacus team, Fairdinkum aims to leverage a deeper bench of engineering talent to support its national footprint.

Jirka Ambroz, who founded Abacus IT in 2002, will bring 25 years of industry experience to the leadership team. He stated that the merger offers a way to maintain existing client relationships while gaining the resources of a larger organization. For current clients, the transition promises access to broader cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure capabilities without abandoning the responsive, consultative model that defined the Southern California firm.
