The ISG assessment identifies Genpact as the sole company to earn the Rising Star label this year, a status reserved for firms demonstrating significant market momentum and the potential to reach leadership rankings within two years. Analysts pointed to the company’s focus on embedding data product engineering and semantic modeling directly into transformation programs, rather than treating these elements as secondary upgrades.
ISG analyst Gowtham Sampath noted that Genpact’s approach distinguishes itself by moving beyond simple migration to prioritize AI-ready data foundations. By integrating agentic workflows into core business functions like supply chain management, fraud detection, and pricing, the firm aims to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and operational execution. Matt Arellano, Genpact’s Global Business Leader for Data and Analytics, stated that the firm’s strategy centers on redesigning workflows to ensure that AI investments deliver measurable impact rather than remaining in the pilot phase.
