The Ridge Rider 2 targets versatile terrain, utilizing a 750W motor paired with 90Nm of torque to manage everything from urban commuting to gravel trails. It features a 48V 17.4Ah LG-cell battery capable of an estimated 90-mile range. Riders can toggle between torque-sensing pedal assist or a traditional twist-throttle, supported by 27.5-inch tires and 80mm of front suspension.
Designed for compact storage, the Latch 2 offers similar 750W power in a folding frame. Despite its smaller footprint, it delivers up to 84 miles of range and includes a height-adjustable stem to accommodate diverse riders. Both models carry UL2849 and UL2271 safety certifications, underscoring the brand's shift toward premium safety standards. CEO Larry Pizzi noted that these releases are the first of six planned models for the year, aiming to eliminate the compromise between high-end quality and affordability.
