SOLAI Limited Faces NYSE Delisting Over Market Capitalization Failure

The New York Stock Exchange has moved to delist SOLAI Limited after the technology firm failed to maintain the required 15 million dollar average global market capitalization. Trading of the company’s American Depositary Shares was suspended on July 16, marking a significant setback for the former BIT Mining entity.

NYSE Regulation officials cited Section 802.01B of the exchange's listing manual, noting the firm fell below the threshold over a consecutive 30 trading day period. While the suspension is immediate, the company retains the right to request a review of the decision by an NYSE Board committee before the exchange files final delisting paperwork with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Chairman Man San Vincent Law stated that the board is weighing its options for appeal while maintaining standard business operations. Should the delisting proceed, SOLAI expects its shares to migrate to the OTC Markets, a platform typically characterized by lower liquidity than the NYSE. The company emphasized that this transition will not alter its ongoing SEC reporting obligations or its current strategic focus on personal AI infrastructure.
