Veralto Targets Asia-Pacific Growth with Alfaa UV Acquisition

The acquisition grants Veralto an established commercial bridgehead in India, where Alfaa UV has operated for over two decades. By combining Trojan Technologies’ global reach with Alfaa’s localized engineering and R&D facilities in Maharashtra, Veralto aims to deploy more competitive, fit-for-purpose UV systems tailored to the specific regulatory and operational needs of developing industrial markets.

Melissa Kapity, Veralto’s Senior Vice President of Water Quality, noted that ultraviolet technology remains essential as water scarcity pressures industries worldwide. The integration is expected to broaden the company's influence beyond India, leveraging the combined technical expertise of both teams to expand their presence throughout the broader Asia-Pacific region.
