Alocity Secures Series A Funding to Scale AI-Driven Physical Security

Instead of forcing security staff to master complex, fragmented software, Alocity is betting on a conversational future. The Pembroke Pines-based company just closed a Series A funding round to scale its platform, which replaces traditional dashboards with an AI operator capable of managing physical spaces through natural language.

The capital, led by a private investor group and founder Marco Quintero, targets a shift in how enterprises interact with their environments. At the core of this transition is Aimee, an AI operator designed to unify access control, visitor management, and video intelligence. Rather than toggling between disconnected systems, users instruct the platform on their goals, allowing Aimee to reason across hardware and execute workflows while maintaining a full audit trail.

Alocity distinguishes itself by prioritizing integration over replacement. By utilizing Mercury Security controllers and its own NVidia-powered AiVR system, the platform adds AI capabilities to existing cameras and infrastructure. This approach reduces the adoption barrier for enterprises that want to modernize security without the overhead of a complete hardware overhaul. With this fresh investment, the company plans to broaden its engineering and sales reach, aiming to turn building management into a streamlined, intent-based experience.
