The new application represents the sixth brand in the Sequel portfolio, joining established concepts like BODY20 and Pilates Addiction. Priced at $5 per month or $25 annually, the platform centers on SmartCoach, an artificial intelligence engine designed to adapt to a user's specific fitness level, schedule, and recovery needs. Founder and CEO Anthony Geisler emphasized that the tool is built specifically for those who do not consider themselves traditional fitness enthusiasts, focusing on consistent habit formation rather than high-intensity training.
Beyond basic workout tracking, the app provides guidance across nutrition, mental wellness, and GLP-1 companion support. The company plans to expand the ecosystem with upcoming features like MePod, a personalized weekly progress podcast, and integration with existing wearable devices. To mark the debut, the firm has initiated the MOVE Smarter, Live Brighter Challenge, which encourages participants to complete four sessions weekly, ranging from mobility work to sleep optimization, without requiring gym access or specialized equipment.
