By establishing this foothold, the firm seeks to provide bilingual support for residents whose daily lives span the Cali-Baja region, allowing them to meet with legal teams closer to home while maintaining representation in U.S. courts.

Founded in 2005, the firm has secured over $1 billion in client recoveries and remains the largest Latino-owned consumer rights law firm in the United States. Managing Attorney David Arreguín noted that the office acknowledges the reality of a border that functions as an integrated community rather than a barrier. During the inauguration, the firm also issued charitable contributions to local organizations, signaling an intent to weave community engagement into their cross-border operations alongside their existing locations in San Diego, Solana Beach, Temecula, Riverside, and El Centro.
