The Millersville-based company is also debuting AskCTM, an in-platform AI agent designed to simplify the deployment of its existing conversation intelligence tools. Previously, configuring features like VoiceAI or ChatAI required significant technical expertise or dedicated account management. By automating these complex setups, the new agent allows marketing teams to bypass engineering bottlenecks and deploy sophisticated AI configurations independently.
CEO Todd Fisher noted that while high-intent customers continue to rely on phone calls for major purchases, the origin of these calls is shifting rapidly toward AI-driven channels. By extending its closed-loop attribution model—previously limited to Google, Meta, and Microsoft—to OpenAI, CTM aims to ensure that emerging advertising platforms do not become data silos. Both the OpenAI integration and the AskCTM assistant are currently live for the company’s global user base of over 100,000.
