Because the elder Keough has historically struggled with asking for help, her daughter took the initiative to establish a GoFundMe page to assist with the costs associated with her treatment.

Tamra Judge, who appeared alongside Keough for several seasons of the Bravo reality series, amplified the request on X. "We love you, Momma Jeana. Keeping you in our prayers every step of the way," Judge wrote, encouraging her audience to donate to the cause. The two women share a long, complicated history on the show, punctuated by a notorious on-camera incident in season six where Judge threw wine at Keough. Despite that past conflict, the two reunited in 2024, with Judge later acknowledging her regret regarding the altercation. Keough, an original cast member who left the series in 2011 citing a toxic environment, is slated to appear in the current 20th anniversary season of RHOC and the upcoming Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th project.
