SuperCom Secures Kansas Contract, Marking 19th State Expansion

A new county-level electronic monitoring contract in Kansas has pushed SuperCom into its 19th U.S. state since mid-2024. The firm successfully displaced an incumbent provider after a series of live-unit demonstrations, securing the deal through its PureOne technology and a model based on daily active units.

The Kansas agreement represents a strategic shift for the county agency, which moved from a traditional service-provider model to a direct partnership with SuperCom. By providing both the monitoring hardware and the necessary ancillary support, the company aims to prove that its technology can handle comprehensive oversight requirements without external intermediaries. Deployment and staff training are scheduled to begin before the end of July 2026.

SuperCom CEO Ordan Trabelsi noted that the agency chose the firm specifically for the integration of its PureOne system with direct customer support. This win contributes to a broader growth trajectory for the company, which has captured more than 40 new contracts nationwide over the last two years. With a trailing twelve-month non-GAAP EBITDA of 10.3 million dollars, the firm is leveraging its current financial stability to scale operations across the United States and Europe.
