The collaboration leverages Youlife’s vocational brand, Tiankun Education, to overhaul the college’s curriculum, faculty development, and internship placement systems. By embedding industry-standard operational management directly into the academic framework, the company seeks to create a repeatable model for connecting graduates with immediate employment opportunities. This move deepens Youlife’s footprint in Western China, targeting the Chengdu-Chongqing economic region where demand for specialized technical labor remains high.
Wang Yunlei, founder and chairman of Youlife, described the initiative as a cornerstone of the company’s effort to build a comprehensive blue-collar service ecosystem. Beyond simple instruction, the platform intends to synthesize recruitment, employee management, and AI-driven workforce solutions into a single lifecycle service. With 180 domestic branches and a network already spanning 37 schools across 16 provinces, Youlife is positioning this partnership to capture structural growth as China’s industrial sector shifts toward higher productivity and skill-based hiring.
