The independent evaluation, conducted by Statista, analyzed over 20,000 digital platforms across 25 sectors. Musely emerged as the sole leader in the Health & Care category to surpass a 9.0 rating, placing it ahead of established players like Teladoc, Kaiser Permanente, and Noom. Researchers assessed candidates based on technical performance, mobile usability, and consumer trust metrics derived from over 2,000 user surveys.
Founder and CEO Jack Jia attributed the ranking to the company's focus on seamless patient experiences and the reliability of its remote care model. Currently serving more than 1.3 million patients, Musely has expanded its footprint from dermatology to include hair restoration, menopause care, and longevity treatments. This accolade follows a recent $360 million non-dilutive capital infusion from General Catalyst, intended to support further expansion without equity dilution. By securing this top-tier industry recognition, the company solidifies its position in the competitive telemedicine landscape while maintaining a founder-led trajectory.
