The company maintains a workforce of approximately 200 employees, supported by long-standing partnerships with IBEW locals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. According to Samuel Graham, managing director at Greenbelt, the firm was attracted to the platform’s exceptional safety standards and its track record of delivering complex projects on budget.

For Greenbelt, the move aligns with its strategy of serving as an initial institutional partner for founder-led businesses. The investment aims to provide the capital and sector expertise necessary to scale Bowe & Gant’s operations amid rising regional demand for modernized electrical infrastructure. While the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, the leadership teams at both organizations emphasized a shared commitment to maintaining the firm’s existing entrepreneurial culture and technical focus during this expansion phase.
