The company, known for brands like Birds Eye and Findus, is coordinating the issuance through its subsidiary, Nomad Foods Bondco Plc. This refinancing initiative is contingent upon market conditions and other customary closing requirements. Should the move proceed as planned, the issuer intends to redeem the 2028 notes in full, with formal notices to be distributed via the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and relevant clearing systems.
Beyond the note offering, Nomad Foods expects to bolster its liquidity by increasing its revolving credit facility by €105 million. This adjustment would bring the total available credit to €280 million. While the company is actively pursuing these financial shifts, it maintains that the completion of the refinancing and the credit facility expansion remains subject to final terms and market confirmation.
