Schall Law Firm Targets Badger Meter Over Alleged Revenue Manipulation

A national shareholder rights firm is organizing a class action against Badger Meter, Inc., alleging the company misled investors by inflating financial performance through the premature recognition of customer orders between April 2024 and April 2026.

The Schall Law Firm has invited investors who purchased Badger Meter securities during this two-year window to join a lawsuit focused on violations of the Securities Exchange Act. The litigation centers on claims that the company’s public assertions—specifically regarding "secular growth drivers" and "solid operating execution"—concealed the reality that revenue growth was artificially bolstered by pulling forward future demand.

According to the complaint, these misleading disclosures caused significant damages to shareholders once the underlying revenue practices were revealed. Interested parties have until August 3, 2026, to contact the firm. As the class remains uncertified, investors currently remain absent members without legal representation unless they choose to participate in the pending action.
