Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict Finalize Formal Custody Terms

Nearly four years after initiating their divorce, Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict have established a rigid custody framework for their two children. Court documents filed in Los Angeles dictate specific boundaries for their co-parenting arrangement, including strict limitations on home visits and a firm evening curfew for custodial transitions.

The agreement, obtained via TMZ, mandates that neither parent may enter the other’s residence without an explicit invitation or a pre-arranged exchange. Under the new terms, Hardrict is required to be accompanied by both children during his allotted time, barring unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, he must return the children to Mowry by 9 p.m. during any scheduled outings.

Mowry, who rose to fame on "Sister Sister," filed for divorce in October 2022, ending a relationship that spanned over a decade. The transition into single life proved difficult for the actress, who admitted on her reality series "My Next Act" that navigating solitude after two decades of partnership was a significant challenge. She has since pivoted toward prioritizing her own well-being, a journey she described during a recent appearance on the "Today Show" as a necessary evolution.

While finalizing these legal arrangements, Mowry has publicly embraced a new chapter. She recently confirmed a relationship with Javone Williams, crediting a practice of meditation and intentional manifestation for the partnership. Describing Williams as a man of high emotional intelligence, she emphasized that the time spent in solitude allowed her to better understand her own needs. This legal resolution marks a definitive step forward for the former couple as they continue to navigate their lives apart.
