Batlin Recovery Center Adds Medically Supervised Detox in Marshall

Starting July 18, 2026, the Batlin Recovery Center in Marshall, Missouri, will launch an ASAM 3.7 medically monitored withdrawal management program. This expansion allows the facility to provide 24-hour clinical oversight for patients struggling with substance use, bridging the critical gap between initial detox and long-term residential treatment.

The new inpatient service is designed to stabilize individuals undergoing withdrawal from alcohol or other substances under the supervision of a multidisciplinary team. By integrating this intensive care level, the center aims to eliminate common barriers to entry, allowing patients to remain within the same facility as they transition from acute withdrawal into subsequent phases of recovery.

Executive Director Brad Bentley noted that the initiative focuses on safety and individualized treatment planning from the moment of intake. Families, healthcare providers, and interventionists can coordinate referrals or inquire about admission capacity by contacting the center at 660-971-0487.
