The new inpatient service is designed to stabilize individuals undergoing withdrawal from alcohol or other substances under the supervision of a multidisciplinary team. By integrating this intensive care level, the center aims to eliminate common barriers to entry, allowing patients to remain within the same facility as they transition from acute withdrawal into subsequent phases of recovery.
Executive Director Brad Bentley noted that the initiative focuses on safety and individualized treatment planning from the moment of intake.
