The collaboration brings Bluon’s brand-agnostic database—which catalogs nearly 5 million model number families across 260 OEMs—into the WEX FSM mobile interface. By surfacing schematics, part specifications, and AI-guided troubleshooting support within the existing dispatch and billing environment, the integration seeks to lower administrative overhead and reduce equipment downtime for field teams.
Peter Capuciati, CEO of Bluon, stated that embedding these resources directly into the contractor’s existing workflow minimizes adoption friction. For WEX, the addition complements its current suite of mobile tools, which includes digital pricebooks and integrated financing options from providers such as Synchrony and Wells Fargo. Dylan Jones, senior vice president of Mobility Growth at WEX, noted that the move is designed to improve first-time fix rates by putting critical technical data directly into the hands of technicians while they are on-site.
