To sustain this momentum, the organization shifted to a 24/7 leadership model, allowing for rapid decision-making in critical clinical scenarios. Furthermore, Lifebanc has aggressively scaled its electronic referral technology. Now active in five hospital systems, the platform automates the referral process for over 90% of cases, effectively removing manual burdens from bedside nursing staff and accelerating the identification of potential donors.
