Mark P. Venti Named Chief Operating Officer at LAPIS Automotive

Venti brings decades of luxury retail experience to the organization, which manages dealerships for high-end marques including Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi. LAPIS founder and CEO Todd Blue cited Venti’s reputation for operational excellence and a long-standing professional relationship as key drivers for the appointment. The two executives, who have known each other for 16 years, previously connected through industry groups, establishing a shared vision for luxury customer service.

In his new role, Venti is tasked with scaling the company’s operations and refining the guest experience. He emphasized that the transition allows him to implement the same focus and discipline he cultivated during his nearly three-decade tenure in Atlanta. The move comes as LAPIS aims to strengthen its market presence in the East Bay and beyond, leveraging Venti’s background to manage its next phase of strategic growth.
