Head of School Rebecca Lugo attributes these results to a curriculum that empowers students to act as architects of their own learning. By fostering personal accountability and intellectual rigor, the school has positioned its students as prime candidates for highly selective campuses. This year, the success rate for applicants was particularly notable: 90% gained entry to JSerra Catholic High School, 93% were accepted to Santa Margarita Catholic High School, and Fairmont Preparatory Academy saw a 100% acceptance rate for all student applicants.
Beyond these figures, the class secured spots at institutions such as Mater Dei High School, Orange County School of the Arts, Sage Hill School, and St. Margaret's Episcopal School. For many families, the process concluded not with a search for a single acceptance, but with the deliberate challenge of selecting the best fit among numerous high-tier options. Omar Kariuki, a parent of a graduate, noted that the school’s ability to balance elite athletic training with a demanding academic workload was instrumental in his son’s successful transition to Crean Lutheran High School.
