Elam arrives at Partner with a track record of managing massive scale, including oversight of a $55 million national operation and support for programs processing more than 12,000 transactions monthly. His career background spans leadership roles across single-family, multifamily, and government-backed lending programs, including initiatives for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD. Larry Manchester, Director of Construction Services at Partner, cited Elam’s operational knowledge and deep industry relationships as critical assets for the firm’s ongoing practice expansion.

Beyond his management experience, Elam brings a technical background that includes credentials as a GE Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Construction Risk Management Specialist. His new role will involve bridging client needs with the firm’s broader engineering and due diligence expertise.
