The new design win focuses on a specialized use case distinct from the client’s current hardware portfolio with the Kfar Sava-based firm. While the adapter will begin contributing to Silicom’s bottom line in 2026, the financial impact is expected to accelerate rapidly, climbing from an initial $3 million to nearly $10 million in the following year. This order adds several million dollars to Silicom’s 2026 AI inference revenue, bolstering its core guidance of $82–$83 million.
CEO Liron Eizenman framed the contract as a clear endorsement of the company’s technical execution, noting that the client previously integrated Silicom’s off-the-shelf adapters and FPGA Smart NICs before requesting a custom build. By moving into bespoke engineering for this partner, Silicom aims to solidify its role as a provider of mission-critical, differentiated performance hardware for large-scale data center environments.
