The company’s rapid growth is driven by increasing regulatory pressure and the need for seamless interoperability within pharmacy systems. According to Co-Founder Mark Tate, the firm’s ability to blend advanced technology with specific operational expertise has allowed it to outpace the competition. InfiniTrak currently maintains exclusive integrations with over 30 pharmacy software systems, including platforms like PioneerRx, BestRx, and McKesson’s EnterpriseRx.
Beyond its retail footprint, InfiniTrak is expanding into the wholesale sector, having added 32 new wholesale partners over the past year. Senior Vice President Justin Hammerling noted that recent wins involving large chains switching from rival providers validate the company’s position as a primary industry standard. By transforming complex federal mandates into AI-managed workflows, the platform aims to keep pharmacies audit-ready while streamlining day-to-day operations across the United States, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
