With over 300 locations across the United States, Jacksons Food Stores is upgrading its Let’s Go Rewards program through a new partnership with PAR Technology. The retailer will implement the PAR Retail solution to enhance customer personalization and streamline loyalty operations across its extensive network of convenience stores.

The integration aims to move beyond basic rewards by providing the retailer with actionable intelligence to inform decision-making at every site. According to Savneet Singh, CEO at PAR Technology, the platform allows Jacksons to leverage existing customer relationships more effectively, ensuring the loyalty program scales alongside the business.

Jake Kiser, General Manager at PAR Retail, noted that the move represents a strategic investment in long-term growth. By utilizing the new software, the company expects to drive more personalized engagement and improve efficiency in managing its omnichannel interactions. This transition marks a significant shift in how the retailer intends to translate daily customer data into consistent, store-level outcomes.
