PVH Corp. taps Sephora veteran Alexis Rollier as new CFO

After a fourteen-year tenure at LVMH-owned Sephora, Alexis Rollier is moving to PVH Corp. to take the helm as Chief Financial Officer. Starting in early September, Rollier will oversee the financial strategies for the company’s flagship brands, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, as the firm pushes for sustained global growth.

Rollier arrives at PVH with a broad international background, having previously served as Global Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Sephora. His career spans leadership roles across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, including a stint as Global CFO at Guerlain and earlier positions at Kingfisher and Arthur Andersen. PVH Chief Executive Officer Stefan Larsson credited Rollier’s expertise in multi-brand retail and operational discipline as the primary drivers for this appointment, noting that the new CFO will be instrumental in bridging consumer-facing strategy with financial performance.

The transition concludes a period of interim leadership for the apparel giant. Melissa Stone, who has served as the company’s interim CFO since January, will return to her role as Executive Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis. Larsson expressed gratitude for Stone’s oversight during the transition, signaling that she will remain a key partner to Rollier as the leadership team executes its long-term strategic priorities for the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger labels.
