The garden-style complex at 2221 Creekview Drive sits in a high-traffic zone already anchored by entertainment venues like Topgolf and Cinemark. Offering one and two-bedroom units ranging from 754 to 1,028 square feet, the property features high-end finishes including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and smart-home technology. Residents also have access to a resort-style pool, co-working spaces, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Management of the site falls to Greystar, the national operator tasked with maintaining the property as it integrates into the I-35 corridor. Parkspring co-founders Geoff Simpson and Matthew Stewart highlighted the project as a strategic response to the 2.1% annual population growth Waco has sustained since 2010. The development team, led by general contractor OHT Partners and architect EDI International, designed the units to accommodate the housing demand generated by major local employers such as Baylor University and the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center.
